Still awaiting results on gluten content, though.” Days earlier, he offered Epstein medical services, asking, “Have you decided if you’re interested in living longer (solely for the ladies, of course)?” Other messages include Attia marveling at Epstein’s lifestyle—“The biggest problem with becoming friends with you? The life you lead is so outrageous, and yet I can’t tell a soul…”—and expressing “JE withdrawal” when not seeing him. Attia referenced Epstein’s private island (LSJ), writing “I need to visit some time…” (though he later denied ever going), planned a visit to Epstein’s New Mexico ranch (which fell through), and scheduled multiple New York meetings—approximately seven or eight at Epstein’s home.
The tone often mixed professional admiration with crude banter about women’s bodies, sexual acts, and Epstein’s exploits. Attia expressed awe at Epstein’s world while engaging in tasteless humor that he never rebuffed. No evidence shows Attia witnessed illegal activity, visited Little St. James, flew on Epstein’s plane, or attended sex-related events. He never served as Epstein’s formal physician.
