Highly Suspicious: Epstein Offered Ownership of Buildings Near Pentagon and FBI – Documents Reveal Ties to Ehud Barak and Mossad l

Highly suspicious bombshell from newly released documents: Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender who once pleaded guilty to procuring a minor for prostitution, was offered a $116 million stake in the Pentagon Center—a strategically vital Arlington complex just one mile from the Pentagon, the only property (besides the Pentagon itself) built to accommodate the full scope of U.S. Department of Defense operations.

In 2016, his aide David Stern forwarded the proposal, referring to himself as Epstein’s “soldier,” positioning the financier as a potential co-owner and landlord to America’s military nerve center. Prior 2015 pitches included FBI field offices in Richmond and Baltimore, along with federal courthouses, channeled through opaque offshore vehicles.

The documents further expose Epstein’s extensive Israeli connections: a decade-long personal and business relationship with former Prime Minister Ehud Barak, who visited Epstein’s properties multiple times; financial support for pro-IDF initiatives and West Bank settlements—and chilling FBI informant reports describing him as a possible Mossad asset, allegedly trained under Barak’s influence.

No confirmed closings on these deals, yet the proximity to America’s most guarded institutions combined with these foreign intelligence links demands answers: who facilitated this access, and why?

The latest tranche of documents from the U.S. Department of Justice’s Epstein files—released amid ongoing transparency efforts—has delivered a bombshell that underscores the eerie persistence of Jeffrey Epstein’s financial reach long after his disgrace. Despite pleading guilty in 2008 to procuring a minor for prostitution in a deal widely criticized for its leniency, Epstein was pitched major stakes in properties integral to U.S. national security.

A 2016 email forwarded by David Stern—Epstein’s aide who explicitly called himself Epstein’s “soldier” and maintained ties to figures like Prince Andrew—brought a proposal from real estate specialist Jonathan D. Fascitelli of International Government Properties. The target: the Pentagon Center, a large office complex in Arlington, Virginia, roughly one mile from the Pentagon. Leased exclusively to the Department of Defense since 1993, the site was marketed as a “mission-critical” asset—the sole Arlington property (apart from the Pentagon) equipped to handle the DoD’s vast space, security, and infrastructure demands.

The opportunity required about $116 million in equity (part of a $387 million total purchase price), with projected annual net operating income of $27 million from rock-solid, government-guaranteed rents. Pursuit of the deal would have positioned Epstein as a co-owner, making him a de facto landlord to elements of America’s military command center.

Related 2015 communications, also via Stern, involved Fascitelli offering investments in two FBI field offices (Richmond and Baltimore) plus federal courthouses—labeled “sexy assets” in pitches. That required an initial $25 million outlay plus up to $75-80 million more, often structured through Cayman Islands offshore entities for anonymity and potential tax perks. Stern described it as potentially “interesting,” yet no evidence shows Epstein or his entities closed on any of these proposals.

Such deals are common in the niche of government-tenant real estate, where long-term leases via the General Services Administration deliver predictable, low-risk yields. Still, extending them to a convicted and registered sex offender raises glaring red flags about due diligence and access in high-finance networks.

The revelations compound with Epstein’s documented Israeli connections. He enjoyed a close, decade-spanning personal and business relationship with former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak—a former defense minister and intelligence leader—who visited Epstein’s properties dozens of times and collaborated on ventures including the surveillance-tech company Carbyne. Epstein’s foundations donated to organizations like Friends of the Israel Defense Forces and the Jewish National Fund, tied to IDF support and West Bank settlement activities.

A 2020 FBI memorandum, drawing from a confidential human source, added fuel to speculation: the informant claimed Epstein was a “co-opted Mossad agent” who had been “trained as a spy under” Barak, amid alleged Israeli political frictions (including Barak’s purported view of Benjamin Netanyahu as a “criminal”). The source referenced Epstein’s attorney Alan Dershowitz allegedly informing officials that Epstein “belonged to both U.S. and allied intelligence services.” These assertions are unverified hearsay from one source, with no corroborating evidence in official investigations confirming Epstein held any intelligence role.

No transactions materialized—likely blocked by standard vetting in federal lease processes, investor scrutiny, or other hurdles—and the properties remained under government occupancy. Nevertheless, the episode provokes urgent scrutiny: Who enabled a figure with Epstein’s record and foreign entanglements to even entertain bids on assets so central to U.S. defense and law enforcement? It exposes potential weaknesses in elite financial vetting, influence peddling, and safeguards around sensitive infrastructure, demanding deeper accountability into the networks that sustained his post-conviction access.
